    Went out shopping and to meet a friend one day and never returned.. Leo was looking for her for ages, then met a woman and they were kind of hitting it off and now neither of them have been in it in weeks.

    She left show, she was having a baby and on maternity leave

    I think the best conclusion they could give to the Lana story would be if it turned out that creepy Brian guy who works for Seamus McAleer had wacked her. (The guy who Damian's ex Claire left Damo to go back with) Remember how he and Lana had a big argument while Lana was doing taxi, "Lady cabs" or whatever she called it, and he was her fare. She kicked him out in the middle of nowhere. He was really pizzed about that and threatening her. At least that way the story would have a kinda continuity if they wanted to give closure to Lana's story.

    why couldn't they write her pregnancy into her character's storyline.

    if the actress died they'd be quick enough to kill her off.

    No but she said that she had resigned in nearly every interview she did when she left and how she planned to get work in the UK.. guess that never happened..
