    hi

I'm on O2 bill pay and everey evening between 6:00 and 6:15pm i can't make outgoing calls. incoming calls are working.

if i dial a number the other phone is not ringing neither do i hear a sound from my mobile and get a "network error". the mobile is working fine (works with other SIM cards at 6pm) but the same problem is with the O2 SIM in a different phone. it is like as if O2 is resetting something every day at 6pm.

I rang the hotline but they told me everything should be fine and working...

someone out there with the same problem?

Try replacing your SIM card in an O2 shop. Also see if you can get access to another O2 SIM/phone and try that alongside yours to see if it's the network or your account tomorrow.

    All seems very strange.

Call O2 and ask politely and firmly that your issue is investigated...if this happens every day then there is a technical reason
