few things come to mind

a friends cousin passed away and my text finished with - "hope your okay boss" but I hit the 's' button 3 times for boss - "hope your okay corps" not a word you want to hear after a death in the family.

when you type in the name stee, you get a list of words first, one being Puff.

"Im stuck in the supermarket, fu(king queue" comes out as
"Im stuck in the supermarket, fu(king Steve" (heard from some stand up comedian)
