I like it, I think AI might mean CG (computer generated), I think it has a "Sin City" look to it ?

I like the single person sitting at the end, was that planned or just the way it was ?

One thing, being very picky here, the "red'ish" stripes to the right of the main statue are a tad distracting, but I like it :)

    ah i see!
the guy at the end was sitting talking on his phone for ages,i walked around the park hoping he would leave soon,i didnt really want any people in the shot, but he didnt,so i just snapped this anyways.
i cant see the stripes-think it might be my monitor.
    thank you!

well maybe it's not stripes, its straight up on the edge of the right side of the steps, just when I look at the photo I was kinda pulled towards it

actually now it looks like a window with branches, don't worry about it :)

its part of the artistic approach, nobody mentioned the red brick to the left, but i think it suits the pic, advice to all is, DO WHAT U DO!!!!

    I agree with ShakeyBlakey,
Donna, yep you got it, it was just that when I looked at the monument my eyes would be drawn off to the "stripes" thats all, I was being very picky :)

lose the vignetting, or that shot is going to look dated very quickly.

    Al would be mise :o

I'd blur the edges of to blue to fade to the outside of the pool, but yes, I like, and it's not too often I think selective colouring works :)

Nice treatment. And don't worry about skirt - it is not a kilt! :D

Personally, the vignetting and desaturation takes away from image rather than add to it.
Either go black and white or keep the true colours of the surroundings.
I'm a sucker for mild vignetting though, so I can't complain too much.

    thanks for the comments everyone.
i use vignetting in alot of my pictures, usually in a subtle way. i dont plan to edit this any further but thank you all :D
