CS3 50% off for Elements users

Just got spammed from Adobe, they've a 50% off offer on CS3 until the end of the month for anybody with a registered copy of Elements (any version, 1 through 6, as opposed to the "last 3 versions") that usually apply), works out at €416 including VAT which is tempting. The offer works via a presumably unique link in the email, though you can apparently call customer service as well.

Would you do me a huge favour and forward me on the email they sent you? You're right, there's no mention of it on the web site.

Unfortunately the link in the email does have a unique token. I coughed up earlier, and when I tried to revisit the page I get

The access code you provided is either invalid or has already been used

The customer service route looks less specific, and calling the phone number might allow you to quote the Elements serial number. Here're the details for that from the mail:

To order by phone, call 1800 946197, press Option 1 and mention
the promotion code: JTBV.

Elements isn't referenced at any point in the activation, nor do I have the qualifying version installed on my current machine, so I'm not quite sure how they verify that it's a legit upgrade. Possibly the token in the email is linked to the earlier Elements registration, so it's probably worthwhile giving the customer service method a go. At any rate, I can confirm it works - I now have a fully leaded CS3 running at a rather more reasonable price!

John brought this offer to my attention on another forum (he is a saint )!
The phone way works as long as you have a registered copy of Elements. I was asked for the unique token sent in the email....I explained I didnt get the email and the man simply asked for the email address my Elements was registered to, it had only been registered the day before and that didnt arise as a problem!
Super fast delivery and very happy to have CS3 at a great price I was searching out the best price for it when I came across Johns post as I was buying this month anyway so extra happy and would have been so pissed off to have missed it.
Offer ends on the 29th of Feb so if your interested or know anyone who is better get your skates on
