Hi, this has probably been asked a million times on here but I'm relatively new! Moving into a new house soon and it's got an average sized garage which I want to convert to a games room/gym/office type thing. What needs to be done (electrics, plasteing, heating, flooring, damp-proofing etc) to make it habitable and cosy?…

What needs to be done (electrics, plasteing, heating, flooring, damp-proofing etc) to make it habitable and cosy? And how much would it all cost from a builder/tradesmen?
