Cabling Query

I have had a Sky Minidish installed for the last 6 years.
In bad weather the picture breaks up alot and the signal quality goes down to around 20% on the Sky bar graph.
In good weather it is ~65% on both Signal Strength and Quality.
I have adjusted the dish to its optimum position and the mount is solid.
The installer used the existing Chorus cable which is RG-59; 4mm core width.
The run is around 12m .
Would replacing this cable with RG-6 make a noticeable difference ?
RG6 is a better grade of cable than RG59 but will I notice a difference over 12m ?

Replace it with wf100 or similar and then you will know the cabling is not the issue
