What are they like to deal with?

GF wants to buy a flatscreen TV, it's coming up at about 200euro cheaper online than in the shops before postage

Would like to hear any stories about them good or bad

Personally I have bought a good bit of stuff from them and never had an issue.

I do know of quite a few cases though where people have received items that were not what they had bought.

I just bought one of their LCD T.V.'s. Got an email looking for a utility bill, so emailed a copy of one off today. Fingers crossed I get it next week. They seem great value. can update once I receive item.

Bought a sat nav off them and it arrived fairly quickly. A TV is a different matter but if you've done your research then I suppose it should be OK.

I bought a TV off them in April. There was some manner of technical glitch on their site and so I put the order through twice by accident. When I realised, I got on to them straight away and the ensuing communication from them was a bit confusing but worked out ok: The 2 TVs had shipped by the time I saw the error (in credit card transactions and 2 email confirmations with diff order numbers). What happened was I had to send one of the TVs back with the delivery guy and say it was faulty (for their tracking system to allow this through) and they issued a refund within a week.

Like I said, it was a bit confusing going through all the motions, but they got the issue solved fairly lively and the TV (Samsung 27") was a great price.

    I'd shop there again.

I bought a surround sound system from them last year, arrived on schedule without a hitch, would recommend.

Nice one guys thanks. I bought a camera from them before no problems, just wanted to hear feedback with larger items... 16euro delivery with Parcel Force for a TV.. that's a bargain

I've used Pximania before for smaller things. Always found them very good.
