I have the above router and the signal as of late has started to suffer. Within the room it lives upstairs signal is at 100% as to be expected however in my room it goes to 75% and downstairs it will start after load at 54mbps and then drop off completely and then come back again.

Is there anything I can do or is it the case where I have to get a new router and if so can someone point me to one that has excellent signal strength?

Note:I have rebooted it several times and powered the unit on and off but the issue remains

Are there any other networks nearby using the same channel?
