Any archaeology students interested in DOE internships, check out www.environ.ie, usually advertised in march.
The Internships run for the summer, and there are positions in all depts of the National Monuments services. Id defo recommend them, spend many happy summers working there!!!
Generally you must be studying archaeology, architecture or GIS to get a job but they are an excellent way to make contacts in the industry and get involved in some exciting projects!

The UCD Archaeology webpage has a good links section.

Also, www.irishconsultants.ie has a list of archaeology companies.

The BAJR occasionally advertise Irish jobs.

And the Golden Pages is a good place to get started.
