There are flats just off Stephens Green. York St afaik.

Maybe park there. I've seen this recommended on boards before.

There are many people willing to sell or lease parts of their property for the purpose of car parking, but they can be asking for extortionate rates... you will however be able to rest assured that you will always have your space free no matter what, and that your car will be in a safer place.
