So, Im in the middle of playing Bioshock and Guitar Hero 3 on the 360.
Came across a rom of this today and thought I'd give it a go, just for a laugh.

I've only just met Frog, but I can see myself neglecting the "next-gen" games in favour of this for a week or two. It just seems so fun! Which I've found missing in most games these days tbh.

It's one of the best games ever made. Enjoy ;)

Stone cold classic, possibly the best JRPG ever made.

I started playing it via zsnes, realized how good it was and now have a mint copy on its way in the post (thanks Ebay).

At $150, and a US snes on top of that, its too rich for my blood.

Would love a PAL playstation Chrono Trigger/Cross release, or a DS remake. :D

I have an NTSC copy myself. Just had to be bought. Didn't cost anywhere near €150 though. More like €40 including postage from the U.S (Although it didn't come with a box :()

Works fine with an adapter and my pal snes.

Haven't had to replace the battery in it either. Still going strong.

Chrono Cross? I've heard it's not very good at all.

Chronotrigger is my favourite game of all time by a considerable margin.

Never owned a copy though... that's really something I need to rectify one of these days.

Would be great if it was released on the virtual console.

There was a crowd making a remake of it at one stage, but Square put a stop to it.

Looked like it would have been pretty cool:

Chrono Cross was indeed not all that good and had so little to do with chrono trigger it wasn't really a sequel. However I think Sephiroth Dude meant was that chrono trigger got released on the PS1 in japan and america as part of a Final Fantasy Anthology. I played it, it's the game that killed my first PS2. It was a perfect conversion other than the horrible loading times.

Ah I see. That I was unaware of. Not a bad little bonus game to throw in there.

Buying sealed games is one of the most ridiculous collecting ideas I've ever heard. I remember seeing pictures of somebody with an entire Dreamcast collection, every game unopened. Wtf?

Anyway, as for the auction..I really hope they're joke bids. There's no way it's worth that much

A much longer clip of Chrono Resurrection has just been released.

I didn't know they'd done quite so much work on the control interface.
