Try the PC with one stick of ram 1st? This has happened to me loads of times try each stick.. if that doesn't work reseting the cmos should do the trick ive had to do it many a time!

found my manual,it said To clear CMOS, temporarily short the two pins,do i just use any jumper plug on the pins?

It should be three pins, turn off the pc, unplug it move the jumper over the other two pins staying on one.. for a few seconds then move back.

i am pretty sure now it is due to the cmos setting error cause' the 2 short beeps when i turn it on.maybe i dint do it right or whatever...i just leave the battery pull put for the night and see if it helps...gonna sleep now.any technician live in co.meath, near ratoath would be a great help:) thanks anyway, will get back if it's working.

right,i took out the battery for a whole day, plug off all wire,no luck...

just one thing about the cmos reset jumper, gigabyte use a very weird one, there is only a 2pins for clear_cmos,no jumper!
    http://www.tonh.net/museum/jumper.jpg steal this picture
basically there is only the right object on mobo, nothing more.i think normally mobo comes with the left object...

    any idea??

hmm the motherboard manual and google now would be your best bet untill someone else has a proper idea..

Also you could build it outside the case... that worked for me before!

You may have flashed your bios wrong.
You said the keyboard led's are not flashing ,so that usually means it's not even running the post routines.
