I got this number from a small ad in a gardening magazine - 01 840 6246. They're based in Swords but deliver fertiliser bags of horse manure for about €5 a bag. I've used it and the quality's fine.

Theres a place on the Enniskerry road between Sandyford and Stepaside that sells horse manure all year round. Sorry I've no name but you cannot miss the sign on the RHS just after the 'new' apartment complex opposite.

PS Fresh manure is bad for garden plants so be sure you buy mature manure!!
