M50 southbound whats those vans doing

    iv noticed over the last few weeks strange looking vans [transits with turrets ] parked on the m50 at lepardstown .just wondering what they are up to are we going to have a toll placed on the road southbound and these are doing a recci .they are mainly there at night
    anyone know ?
