Problem cancelling recording on NTL DVR

    I've set up a recurring recording from Mon-Fri for 7pm, the program time has changed to 6pm though. I can set up the new recording without any problems but there's no way to cancel the 7-8pm recording through the GUI as far as I can see?

    I can delete the 7-8pm recording for that day every morning but does anyone know how to delete every instance of it?

    I just thought I'd ask here before braving UPCs customer care.

    Took me a while to figure this one out. Even though it tells you on the prompt, it's not clear. What you need to do is highlight the programme on your My Agenda section and press the stop button (bottom right hand corner) on the remote. This will permanently delete the memo.
