Hi Everyone, I'm looking to get my hands on a 2nd hand charger for a Dell 5100 Laptop if anyone has one they would be willing to part with.

    The Charger is of the PA-9 family, Model 1900-050. Input 100-240V, 50-60 Hz, 1.5A, Output 20V, 4.51A

I know its a long shot that someone might have one, but if you do I would really appreciate getting in contact.

What's the part number? It should say somewhere on it, either "DP/N XXXXX" (letters or numbers - however it might just be the part number for the label!), or (if it's survived) there's a white label with a barcode with the serial number on it in the format "SS-0XXXXX-SSSSS..." (the XXXXX part is the part number). You may have better luck searching on ebay or the Dell site or whatever with the part number.

Maplin and other shops sell replacement laptop power supplies. The output voltage and current are the important parts you need to know (also the power rating if you have it - I think it's 90W?).
