Can't find RTE Channels

    Hi can somebody point me in the right direction

    In Dublin 2 using Huppuage 713 DVB -T tuner (can with the pc) and running progdvb.

    Have scanned and found all the channels , BBC 3 test , setanta etc but cannot seee RTE radio/ TV & TV3. Did a transponder search on 738800 but no luck

    Can receive Newstalk & DAB radio fine

    Any ideas ?

    You need a scan via 737833 for 3rock.

    Is 737833 on 24/7? Cannot get a signal - living in Sutton & I can see the mountains. I do pick up all the encrypted stuff but cannot do anything with it.

    Using a MSI Digivox USB dvb-t receiver connected to my laptop.

    Any ideas anyone? :confused::confused::confused:
