Haven't done the new route yet, but 11.4km according to google maps. At an average of 19.2 km/h that should take around 36 mins.

10 minutes usually. Took me about 20 minutes once after a crash (not me).

Anything over 30 minutes is too much, life is to short.

    Swords to Mount St:

    If I leave before 7, 1 hr. If I leave after 7, 1.5 hrs.

Mount St to Swords: If I leave at 5, and take the tunnel, 30-45 mins. If I leave at 5 and don't take the tunnel, 1.5 hrs+

Greystones to Citywest; 35 minutes in, 40/45 minutes home. Leave about 6.45 in the morning, head home about 3.30.

Used to do the same journey by public transport, took from 2 hours 30 upwards....

Swords -> Inns Quay 45 mins. It can be an hour or so longer whenever a muppet crashes in Dublin and brings the city to a halt.
Public transport -> Tara St. then a bit of a walk.

7 minutes on my scooter :)
I'm telling you, a scooter or motorbike is the only way to get around a city quickly, I'm amazed more don't do it.
    It's safer than cycling too

Naas to Clonee - anywhere between 40 and 50 mins. morning and evening. Just long enough for 1 x CD or a listen to the latest news stories etc. :)

It depends whether irishrail are having a worse than normal day
    Normal day- 60 minutes
Worse than normal day - 90 minutes

If the train actually showed up on time it should take around 45-50 minutes

Moved house last week. Chopped 5 minutes off my commute, so 25 minute cycle now.

Work is moving premises in two weeks, which will add those five minutes back on :(

We were told at work that our office is moving to the northside :( several of the staff have moved house to be near the new office, now the move has been delayed for 18 months! One guy now has a commute of 55 minutes, up from about 10 before he moved.
