Some goon putting out a record/book/show contacts RTE trying to get a bit of free publicity.Some goon in RTE who has ligged into several performances etc by the aforementioned artist says fine,you're on and off we go.

Each medium uses the other and so perpetuates the crap we see on so called entertainment TV.

Very simplistic view on things ,but not far from reality at all.

Look at Keith Duffy ?? Can't comment on his singing talent,but as a presenter...... absolute shoooite in my opinion as licence payer,yet he keeps getting gigs.

Id like to see it off the air alltogether, but since thats not going to happen because RTE somehow still think Pat Kenny is the way forward. But Dustin, Westlife (or any of their crew or counterparts), any fool who has just written some book recounting their insanely boring lives and they arent actually "famous" and im not even talking about Late Late show famous, Drico, or any rugger player for that matter, Pat Kenny?

Shayne "Frog" Ward. I've lost count of the number of times he's appeared on the Late Late.

Basically anybody whose only (or most recent) claim to fame is having appeared on a reality tv show should be banned from appearing on RTE's supposed 'flagship' show. As should anybody who is already on the RTE payroll.
