Mail Merge cant use html

Hi folks, im trying to send a mail merge by email through Outlook. I set up the mail merge in word fine and go through all the steps but when i go to send it there is an option to send by html or plain text. If i send by html it doesnt work if i use the plain text option it works fine. Does anyone know how i can get it to…

Hi folks,
