Organic Rashers from same factory as non-organic

(don't know if this is for here or cooking/recipes).

I bought a pack of organic rashers the other day. Produced by Oliver Carty in Roscommon. I also bought a pack of Clonakilty Dry Cure rashers. Both packs had the same processor number P784.

What exactly is this processor number ? Is it normal for organic and non-organic to be processed in the same factory ?

Was a little bit disappointed by the organic seasalt free-range rashers as they gave out a good bit of liquid when cooking - they were tasty.
