    Hi

A bit of a cheeky request, I will be taking back about several hundred trannies in the next few months and I would like to scan the best of them on my PC then "disk them", if anyone in the area would be willing to lend me thier scanner for a few days I'd be gratefull. :)

    Mike.

    Trannies, eh?? ;)

I should be able to sort you with a Epson flatbed that has a transparent slide adapter. Send me a PM!

Thanks for the offer but I'd need a high-res opitical scanner the sort that Nikon make rather than a flatbed adapter with interpolation software. Its proberbly a long shot.

There is an old advert here (http://www.adverts.ie/showproduct.php?product=39253&cat) that might be worth looking up.

You know I never did take up Trish on her offer (stuff came up and I quite forgot :o )

Anyway I have just invested in an Epson v700 which I'll have my mits on by Tuesday, so once I've figured out how to use it I'll post of a few scans.
