i recently purchased a Multimedia hard drive player enclosure without a hard dfive on ebay model ,hd-02 ver 2.2
I am wondering what would be the best drive to get for this? as the isntrusctions and cumstomer service leave a lot to be deisred, because in the intstuctions it says"THE HARD DISK WE USED IN THIS UNIT NEEDS TO BE FORMATED IN WINDOWS WITH FAT32 FORMAT, SO THE HARD DISK THAT WE FORMATED IN WINDOWS 2000/XP SYSTEM MUST BE SMALLER THEN 32 GIG,"

when i sent an email to the people who supplied the drive complaing that i was told that any IDE drive would work,, i got this response back .

Here is the resolution from one of our customer who met the same problem.

"I formated with XP using the technique on the instructions and also yours and it didn't work. Friend told me about some free software you can download called "Swissknife" You can download it from www.download.com
Used it, it formatted my whole 100GB to FAT32 in one single partition. Added some files and plug it into TV. Everything seems good so far."

so i would appreciate any help with what would be the best and easiest way to get a and fit a hardive into the enclosure
