    Hi Barry

On the one hand, I think collections is best as people can then click on the collection that interests them and then they see the sets hat make up the collection and can then click on the set that interest them

as photos can be in many sets the same photo may be in many sets eg B&W, Dublin, Street Photography etc

I think what you need to do is look at the category titles. You currently use General, Irish, Favorites, Dublin.

I suggest that you try to have the titles such that they allow you to grow into them rather than finding in 6 months time that you have to reorganise again.

my 2c worth anyway and have fun reorganising.

i'm unaware -- the templates and management structure of Flickr is very restrictive

people suggested to change date but that doesnt work.
I suppose sets is the only way, can you sort within a set?

    thanks

While I have come to enjoy Flickr as my best choice for uploading photos, the thought of managing more than 200 at one time has prevented me from taking out a "Pro" account there. I'll think further about this interesting question, but in the meantime, this may be of use for people using a free account:

When I upload a new photo, the last one in the series is automatically deleted by the Flickr machine. So that I can still access it, I copy and paste the code of a medium size in the photo that is about to disappear and keep it on my computer or, if the photo is OK, upload it to my Wordpress account. It gives a sense of continuity, where I can access each photo easily, as they are still in the Flick system, just not available in my online Flickr Photostream.

This might be useful for Pro Users? Upload the photo you wish to delete to another account, delete it, and you can still access it, along with comments other posters have left there. It could all be a bit time consuming, however.

    ok i found out how
go to edit on your photo and change the date it was uploaded on [not shot on]
    and it should arrange accordingly.

Quick question how to i make my photos so people cant save them, i.e when you try to save them it just saves an empty file spaceball.gif
    thanks

    edit:
    jaysus took forever
