Any idea of cost

Looking at a house at the moment, but it's in fairly poor condition inside. As far as I can see, it needs:

    New kitchen
New boiler + the system needs checked, it looks like a radiator in one room isn't working (has an electric heater in the room, and radiator is drained).
New bathrooms (main, en suite, guest WC)
    Addition of double glazed windows
Ceiling in living room has had bathroom above leak and needs fixing (replace the entire ceiling, or fix the effect part, it has dipped a bit in this area).
Wiring also needs to be checked out.
    Carpeted throughout

It's a 4 bed semi-d (~1200sq ft., dublin), and really just seeing if it's worth to get + do the above and stay within budget. Anyone have any idea of a rough cost to do the above? (asking a lot I know :)) Would even look at getting it livable (i.e. only doing the windows that definitely need replacing and getting A bathroom going, most others are necessities).

cost around dublin , to revamp a house to turnkey showhouse standard is around €2K/M2

i.e. all new elecs , plumbing , heating , all new plaster, new bathrooms , kitchen , all new flooring , decoration , insulate walls , roof floor , to current standards . costs can rise still if you really "go for it" with expensive kitchen / bathrooms , floor specs .

finish to " builders finish " i.e. get kitchen , floor finishes and decorations yourself would droo cost to around €1600

you pay more in dublin , as I'm sure others will point out ....

I wouldn't be looking for "turnkey" condition, but more the cost of doing those jobs listed above individually, and once livable, putting in the effort myself and spreading the cost over many years.
