Can anyone enlighten me on how long you have to be with o2 Billpay before you qualify for an upgrade. I'm on Acivelife 150 for just over a year.

When you've spent 800euro as far as I know.

It's based on your spend in over the previous twelve months, so effectively it resets itself every month. There is a minimum spend you have to have, but if you don't get an upgrade within an eighteen month period, you qualify for an upgrade automatically.

Call the customer care and they can advise you best, there number is 1909.
