Intel socket 775 overclocking guide?

    I just treated myself to an upgrade for my birthday and want to see about overclocking it.

    Anyone know where I could find a decent guide to overclocking socket 775 motherboards?

    erm... the range of socket 775 mobos is HUGE... what chipset is it?

    Its an X38 the motherboard is an Asus P5E.

    Then you're best off looking at guides on overclocking in general.
    It'll take a while to filter all the crap but you'll learn a lot more.

    I found this guide great for my Gigabyte board:

    Obviously it won't be the same as yours but they go over a few nice points of overclocking which are pretty generic.

    Might get some idea's here, not looked at it myself, but there could be explanations of some of the settings, best bios, problems encountered etc. Its usually the best place to get info on your mobo & bios
