It was mentioned today in the Irish Examiner that this may be announced next week. It's possible as he is on tour during the summer anyway.

I was at Rorer Waters in the Marquee and it was tiered seating all around and standing in the center. the capacity is around 5,000 I think. It's a good venue.

    Yeeee Haaaaaawwww!

Just got tickets for the gig.
I went for the Marquee in preference to the open-air Malahide and I'm hoping for another mega-gig from Shakey.
Only problem now is the logistics of travelling from Donegal to Cork and finding accommodation.

    Keep on Rocking!

Still trying but no luck with tickets. 9 per person has the ticket sellers laughing!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 176 ✭✭odonnellcarey

Tickets on ebay already. - Thats just sick.
I only bought 2 cos I only needed 2 even though I knew I'd be able to flog the extra 7.
There has to be a better system.

I've had to delete a number of posts from this thread cause people are looking for tickets/posting links to tickets on ebay. Ticket sales/requests/swaps are NOT allowed on this forum.

A reminder to all. Bannings will follow if there any more ticket requests/sales.

On a side note, Neil Young just fixed my headphones! About five minutes ago they weren't working properly, then I decided to listen to After the Goldrush and now they are working perfectly! A good omen surely :D

Don't know why in the hell are they still advertising the Marquee on the radio when it is obviously sold out.

They normally book the ads in advance so they'll run regardless of whether they sell out or not.
