    Hey folks,

We're having Matt Thornton, BJJ Black Belt, SBGi founder and coach at KO Martial Arts this coming Tuesday 5th. Matt will be teaching for 3 hours from 7 -10pm in what should be a great seminar. I'm always impressed with Matt's seminars because the material is always great, he teaches you how to train things as well as what. That's why this seminar is suitable for all levels, from the raw beginner to the more advanced.

We have about 4 places left on the seminar for anyone who is interested in going from outside our club. Now normally we don't trust them outsiders but we're willing to allow some of you in for the night. It's in our gym,
    Unit 6,
    Glasnevin Business Centre,
    Ballyboggan Road,
    Dublin 11.
Directions and stuff can be found on our web page- www.ko-martialarts.com

The last time I had John Kav in my place I put a post like this up and I filled 5 spaces in about 10 minutes so if you're interested get your oar in now! The cost is €35 which is great value I shouldn't have to tell you.

I was at Matt's seminar at SBG Ireland on Sunday. Off the top of my head he taught a really 'easy' sweep (if you have the timing) in the gi, and also the skull-ride material was worth going along for. I missed it last year.

Hi folks, BJJ (no-gi) for the most part. Some MMA stuff if he has time but to be honest, I know what I'm going to ask him to do if he asks for requests and it is more or less applicable to BJJ as well. (cross side bottom for MMA)

This was a great seminar on bottom game. Tough, tough stuff and I have a big mat burn on my shoulder from shrimping all night on the one side! It was great though, some really excellent fundamentals along with some nice turnovers followed by some clinch.

I'll stick a full report on the KO website over the weekend.

I'm not being funny but I would kick seven shades of **** out of that pussyole Matt Thornton. Why do you all respect him so much.

Infact, I might just come to the seminar and embarrass the twat, along with a few of you mugs thrown in for good measure..

Yeah your joke lost a bit of momentum when you got the date wrong alright. Have to say I thought your one fighting the Israeli lad on the rooftop was funny though, so you're not the worst troll ever.
