Just caught a bit of this on Sky Premier. It was one of those films that passed me by and never saw. Never noticed the cast before.

    Emilio Estevez
    Laurence Fishburne
    Heather Graham
    Anthony Hopkins
    Helen Hunt
    Ashton Kutcher
    Shia LaBeouf
    Lindsay Lohan
    William H. Macy
    Demi Moore
    Martin Sheen
    Freddy Rodríguez
    Christian Slater
    Sharon Stone
    Elijah Wood

Holy ****. That is one weird cast.

I remember when this came out and I really wanted to see it, but never got around to it. It is a hell of a castlist. I'll have to Skyplus it.

I strongly disagree with this. It seemed to me that it was the most pointless film I've ever seen. Why put together a cast like that and then have them do nothing?! Anthony Hopkins' character in particular was ludicrous - all he does in the film is play a game of chess.

Instead of watching Bobby, look up pictures of the whole cast on IMDB. Imagine then speaking for about five or ten minutes each. You'll get the same effect.

I'm not normally so negative about films, but Bobby really annoyed me, due to the waste of potential.

I really enjoyed this. I watched it on a train journey and really got into it. It's quite aimless and is really just a day in the life of all these characters who are all in the hotel on the one day for various reasons.

I found it all tied together very well and while some characters had less to do than others overall it was quite affecting come the climax.

Good movie. I enjoyed it but i hated some of the casting choices. Ashton Kutcher for example!? talentless waste of space for a movie like this.

Good movie but I think it was dogged by too many mediocre performances and my not being American.

I watched it on Sky last saturday when it came to the premiere channel and i was disappointed. It was watchable if bit slow and I never got into it.
Too many big names just for the sake of having big names in my opinion.

Once Shia makes an appearence the movie is automatically a five star rating.

Disappointing flat movie that didn't add up to the sum of its parts. Sounded great but was a big let down. One of those films that you look at rather than watch.
