Havn't done anything yet. I know it's very late now and probably ferry bookins are all gone, but ya know what they say " better late than never". Was just wondering about accomadation or does everyone just camp?

You mightnt get there on the days you want as its a bit late, however you could be lucky. I was there in 02 and found a double room accom the day we arrived. Other than that you could be camping a good distance from where the action is. Other option is try the ferry from the north.

Cheers man. Was gonna get the ferry from North anyways. I'll check out these few things and hopefully, get lucky.

You really need to be booking June/July for the next year. Even ferries will be tight now. Take a tent.

Hey lads, got ferry booked now for 29th May and comin back on 3rd June. Also got accommadation sorted. Ferries quite expensive at about 250 euro return from Belfast, but is to be expected, considering the TT is on. Accommadation is about 20 GBP per night. There's 4 bikes goin, one with a pillion passenger. GSXR1000 (2002), GSXR750 (2004),
R6 (2002) and Bandit 600 (1998). Gixxer 1000 has the pillion, i've got the K4 750. Should be good fun. Lookin forward to it now, as thought it was too late to arrange anything.

    happy days.

start saving. I burned through 1500 euro for one week, last year.

dont use your mobile phone. the IOM network really screw you bad. made a few calls home and got charged over 100euro for them.

We stayed in castletown. 15 mins ride from douglas. The campsite down there had everything. Breakfast , dinner and a bar. Even an internet tent.

great holiday. But the riding was not all it was cracked up to be.

speed restritions everywhere except for the mountain. And the coppers will lock you up if they think you are acting the maggot .
