Banks on canal, Porsperous

Quick thought. I weny fishing about 2 years ago on the canal in Prosperous and I noticed that the bank I was fishing from was alot higher than what it used to be about 2 years before that. Did they raise the banks on some stretchs on this part of the canal. The exact area was were u drove down from village to the canal and…

Quick thought. I weny fishing about 2 years ago on the canal in Prosperous and I noticed that the bank I was fishing from was alot higher than what it used to be about 2 years before that. Did they raise the banks on some stretchs on this part of the canal. The exact area was were u drove down from village to the canal and walk right up that stretch away from road. Also, was it just me or has the fishing gone downhill there...?
