UPC in Loughrea area?

Either they have cable or not. UPC will know.
MMDS areas don't have UPC broadband.

If not you are looking at Sky and separate DSL or Wireless

I really don't think there's cable in Loughrea; MMDS only which, as Watty said, means no broadband from UPC.
