I got the K850i a last month, got the settings sent for MMS from the SE website but they didnt work then I tried going on to the Vodafone website and try and get he settings but they dont have it yet for the K850i so try K800 but they are not the same K850i. Ive been messing around with it for a while but I cant get it to work.

So anyone have this problem as well?

    Know how to fix it?

I have a K850i on O2 and its working fine, I rebranded my phone so I had to get the settings off the SE website
    Is your wap working?

Wap would that be the same as Vodafone Live?

    If so yes.

I got a MMS a few weeks ago and ive been unable to download it ever since.

Yes Vodafone live is WAP,so your data connection is ok.
If you cant download a specfic MMS, that might just mean that it got deleted from the Vodafone Message Server.
Try and send a pic message to yourself, or get someone to send one to you now

Try sending an MMS to yourself. If it sends, the problem is just with receiving MMS messages.

Depending on what plank you get through to in Vodafone they'll most likely tell you to download the settings from the website and they can't guarantee it will work. They might even "update" the handset on their system, which sometimes works. However, it is most likely that some one in their tech support will have to set up the required APNs on the system.

I bought a debranded/sim free k850i recently and all i get for vodafone live is html pages. Got onto vodadopes and they sent me the exact same settings for the k800i, but the layout of the k850i is completely different to the k800i. Can anybody help me please??? Is there something small i'm missing in the setup???:):cool:
