    First is it to late?
    Also can I do it online?
    Just signed up on that reachservices site so am awaiting for them to send out my pin. Will it take long to get everything sorted?

    well, you don't need to worry about pin etc. Have you got ur form P60 from employer. Go to tax office with P60, PPS number of landlord (if tenant), receipt of any union fee (in case you paid); they will refund all your extra tax.

    every thing is fair from their side.
