    Hi there,
I'm looking to pick up some spare bits and bobs for a MkIII golf in limerick. Does anyone know the name/number of a scrapyard that could help?
    Thanks

A link to scrapyards in Ireland also ring this guy in Ennis, Modern Car Dismantlers 065 6822033, his brother operates another scrapyard just outside limk. http://www.localbusinesspages.ie/category.asp?category=Car%20Dismantlers

Bob Sweeney in Castleconnell is by far the biggest in the Limerick area. He's always the first place I'd look. His number is 061 377496.

    HI Lads

Do you know about any good scrapyard in dublin area, or at most 100km from Dub

    Thanks

Kilcock car dismantlers in Laragh near Maynooth are by far the best I've came across. Bob sweeney seems to charge a minimum €50 for everything since the new place was built.

Denis Whelans in The Heath are also very good, and the girls on the counter are pretty! (well they were a few years ago!)

A lot of scrap yards wont let you in to the yard anymore and are often more expensive then sourcing the part at the dealership.

Call before you go is the best thing
