    Im confused, is this an offer from amazon or the movie studios. Like does this only apply to ps3's bought from amazon or anywhere?

    EDIT. Good news is it looks like this is direct from the studios.

    Bad news is it looks like its US only. From terms & conditions in that pdf
    "Offer good in U.S.A. and its territories, APOs and FPOs."

    Still, worth a try I suppose.

    I bought an upscaling DVD player from them?
    I do come across "Geographic restrictions" on some items, but not on others. Its not uniformly enforced.
