    deposited €2778 ( $4000) on the 28th from neteller to UB ..
Withdrew $4000 from UB to neteller on the 30th and received €2656 for a net loss of €126.

Neteller charge 1.9% for everything including breathing, but they are pretty open about it

The poker site coversthe 1.9% thing so there shouldn't be a charge for this but where they get you is the difference vetween buying and selling the curency....

My neteller is also in Euro...

The eg I always give is this one...

The balance in my neteller account is €0.
I withdrew $5 k from XXX poker site to neteller. I immediately lodged the full amount to ZZZ poker site... I no longer have $5k I have $4923 a loss of 87 dollars for a 2 min transaction....

nothing much can be done about it as far as I know

I transfer between sites more often than withdraw to my bank, also you could get a Stars cheque instead of a neteller withdrawal.

If I were to start withdrawing funds from Neteller regularly would this be the best option? I have a dollar denominated neteller account so I'm looking for a way to completely avoid paying a charge for the exchange to euros. Would I just get hit when I try to deposit the cheque to Bank of Ireland or are their charges lower?
