    Dont get Irish Broadband Ripwave. Its crap and frustrating.

    Rarely fast, usually slow, and sometimes VERY VERY slow.

    For the last 6 hours my ripwave has been slower than dial-up. It took about 4 minutes to load the boards.ie home page.

    My brothers little usb gismo from 3 is faster than this crap.


    F*** you IBB. I'm getting something different.

    Scumbags.

    Dont forget some types of glass completely block the signal so try it
    outside. :)

    Rippwave is wireless and like any wireless BB option performace can vary ALOT, just because it doesn't work for you doesn';t mean it won't work for others...depending on coverage, construction of there home etc

    This is covered in the FAQ, this thread is pointless
