Consumer Reports claims that the Canon PowerShot A630 has excellent print quality, easy to use, and worth $220 USD for the non-professional. Limitations or problems? Would it be OK for website photos?

Depends on what you want really, but yep, it should be more than ok for your regular snaps.

From my general experience with Canon Powershot range I can say that they are really good (speaking as a Nikon user!). Great flexibility in controls and to be honest there aren't many consumer cameras which would produce images that can't be used on a website (you'd only need a 2 megapixel camera at the most!)

The Powershot range is pretty good, decent all round P&S cameras.

For website photos it would be more than adequte. I've printed shots to 12X8 inches that were taken on an A610 & they've been very good (dare I say it, I can't tell the difference between them & enlarged 35mm shots).
