got this phone last week, have it to answer when I open and it works perfect, sorry mate but you seem to of gotten unlucky twice...

I have mine now for a couple of weeks and do not have any problems as of yet. Have to say so far it is my best phone yet. The only problem, not really a problem was the annoying slide graphics when you opened or closed the slider, but you can disable this so all is fine.
