Recovering photos from a corrupted flash card

    This has been asked and answered before, but since it's bound to happen again I thought I'd post this interesting review of flash-card recovery software for the benefit of those unfortunate enough to encounter this in the future. Windoze and Mac solutions both covered here, which is handy.

    Hope this helps someone somewhere.

    you could also try PhotoRec .
    I used it in the past and it worked great.
    And it's GPL software.

    I got a copy of RescuePro Delux with the last Sandisk memory cards I bought. Haven't had to use it (thankfully).
