Need a cert of completion

We are in the process of changing mortgages and I need a cert of completion for a small extension that we added on a few years ago. I took loads of pictures as it was being built it was a bit of a self build project that took ages.
Does anyone know of an Architect or Engineer (In Dublin) that could do this reasonably. I just need the piece of paper.
    Cheers

We had asimilar problem a couple of years ago, the extension was put on early 80,s and we had to engage an architect to get a completion cert. It cost just over a grand to get it. Took about 2/3 weeks.

The problem is it is much more than a piece of paper. Alot of people would be reluctant to sign off on a job that they had no involvement with.

You're probably better leaving it so.
