Registration Q&A for European Deepstack Events

Please use this thread for any queries relating to the Deepstack festival this week.

So far the €500+€50 Shorthanded has 96 runners - of these only a few have not reconfirmed so it is very likely that this will sell out. If you are 100% wanting to play this you can reserve a spot via email. They will only be held until 6.30pm unless you pay a deposit or I get a call that you are on the way on the day.

Anybody wishing to reserve a seat needs to email or PM me with name and contact details. The only methods for entry now are cash or bank transfer.

The Main Event has 132 confirmed players. You will most likely still be able to buy in on the day without reserving a seat but if thsi situation changes I will post here. We are getting a lot of entries coming in from abroad still every day. Having this number of players already means we are very likely to get over 200 runners. There are still satellites being run including the two super sats during the festival.

The club will be open from 4pm on Saturday and cash games will be available from then. The club will close at 8am every morning.

Registration for each event will close half an hour before the event starts and players will have two levels to enter should there be seats still available. This will ensure that we get started on time.

Hi shortstack, already booked into the shorthanded and giving serious consideration to the Main event if can get the time off. I can only do this if i can guarantee to play on the thursday. Is this still possible/ will you need a deposit?

There are still a few spaces left in the €550 S/H NL 2moro night due to some late withdrawals.

    Hi Mike,

Will you be there from 4pm tomorrow? I'll settle for all events then.

    Thanks,

    Lloyd.

Omaha probably will not sell out. I have 35 people on the list but that is only people who have asked to be put on list, many more have said they will most likely play. I expect 60-80 but won't be suprised if we get 100.

Wheres the best place to park?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,506 ✭✭✭Shortstack

Park on The Quay opposit scotch hall shopping centre then walk back to the bridge that crosses the river and turn right into the town. You will see a big church and the Admirals pub on your right. There is a lane in between the club is dwon that lane about 100 yds.

Whats the address? Makes it easier to find on google maps.
