Bloggers - Where do you find the time?

Serious question for any bloggers out there. How do you manage to post stuff a few times a day?

I've seen blogs that have long film/music reviews or political opinion pieces posted on a regular basis. Isn't this a colossal waste of time?

Do you all just have lots of time on your hands?

The amount of content produced by some bloggers is quite amazing to me at times too.

I know some who draft posts and then time them to auto-publish at set times, so they might write 5 in advance and publish one each day Monday-Friday, but it still involves writing a lot of content.

My own blogging is extremely sporadic at the best of times - often I'll find a week where I've the time to write a few posts but then I'll have two where I'm too busy with real work... but that kind of up and down largely comes because I'm freelancing and might be different if I had a daily routine I could work around.

That said if I needed to I could easily make time for blogging even when I was busy in my work - it's just I don't often have things to write about and I haven't managed to get the discipline to focus on my blog as much as I could. At the moment I'm happy to try and focus myself in other areas.

    Hello,
Sometimes you work with a computer so much, it's just another part of you ( queue Michael Jackson music ).
I work in front of a computer most days so a bit of blogging takes my mind off the crappy stuff I have to do.
Helps if you have a bit of info to share or an interest you know a bit about.
