Hey, long time poster here. I recently started a new job, good company and all but i have a few opinions i just want to know if anyone has had similar experience
    • First day; i felt i should have been introduced to other members of the team. As it is no one talks to me, i have approached a few people and introduced myself.
    • HR; didn't keep to time. They were 20mins late on my first day  i wonder if i was the one late what the story would have been..
    • So much detail, reading manuals e.t.c. I think most induction learn from practising. There have been presentation, study-learn by yourself training, but i need to see, feel or do some sort of hands on example.
Fair play the company is brilliant, am glad i got the job. Much hard work! But i am equal to the task... This is still my first week, so we'll see how i feel after friday.
