Hi, Im looking to get a digital SLR (New/Second Hand) and have a few cameras lying about the house, are there any places around Dublin that may take trade-in's against an SLR ?? Thanks.

Conns and the Camera Exchange do take in secondhand stuff. I'm not sure how much you'd get though.

Conns Cameras, The Camera Centre, Camera Exchange... they all definately take trade-in's. Unless it's a film camera and in good nick though, I wouldn't even bother. There's barely any market for second hand digital on the high street these days and they'll most liekly offer you rubbish trade-in value. It might take a bit longer but I'd say remove the middle man, sell through the Buy and Sell (or Adverts.ie seems good also!) and then head to the shops with your cash. You'll get the best value that way!
