Scart to VGA (PC monitor)

    I’m looking to find out if there is a way to convert a Scart connection to VGA.

    I have a Dell E228WFP - 22” monitor and I’m looking to hook it up to a digital box that uses a Scart connection. Anyone know if this is doable?

    Monitor says it has Analog, DVI-D (Digital) with HDCP if that helps?
