I was directed to this rule by customer service. What does the "all-in" part mean exactly - customer sevirce don't know. "Due to the potential to abuse our all-in policy, we do not grant any disconnect all-in protection for pot-limit and no-limit games,"

In disconnect protect games you are all in for whatever you have invested in the pot when you lose connection.
